By registering for Life Soccer Clinics and accessing our website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Consent

  • As a parent/legal guardian, you grant permission for your child to participate in Life Soccer Clinics programs and activities.
  • You agree to indemnify Life Soccer Clinics, its representatives, coaches, and partners from any claims or demands arising from your child’s participation, including injury or death.

2. Program Participation

  • Your child must follow the program’s rules, code of conduct, and any instructions given by Life Soccer Clinics staff.
  • Physical misconduct (e.g., bullying, fighting) or verbal misconduct (e.g., swearing, insulting) will lead to warnings, suspension, or expulsion.
  • Participants must bring appropriate sports gear to all sessions.

3. Safety and Medical Emergencies

  • You confirm your child is in good health and able to participate in physical activities.
  • You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation.
  • In case of a medical emergency, Life Soccer Clinics representatives are authorized to seek necessary medical treatment.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for medical expenses incurred during emergencies.

4. Personal Belongings

  • Life Soccer Clinics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during sessions.

5. Payments

  • Program fees are due before participation begins.
  • Payment plans (monthly, termly, or annual) are strictly pre-paid and processed via subscription billing.
  • Failure to pay program fees will result in immediate suspension of participation.
  • Registration and onboarding fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are offered for non-attendance, cancellations due to weather, or unforeseen circumstances outside Life Soccer Clinics’ control.

  • By participating, you consent to Life Soccer Clinics using photographs, videos, and recordings of your child for promotional and educational purposes, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. Liability Waiver

  • Life Soccer Clinics is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during program activities. Participants and their guardians voluntarily assume all risks.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, content, and branding on the website are the property of Life Soccer Clinics and cannot be reproduced without prior written consent.

12. Amendments

  • Life Soccer Clinics reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation signifies acceptance of any changes.
