Fair and Transparent Refund Guidelines
At Life Soccer Clinics, we strive to ensure a clear and straightforward refund policy to maintain transparency and fairness for all participants.
1. Non-Refundable Payments
- Registration and onboarding fees are non-refundable.
- No refunds are provided for missed sessions, non-attendance, or cancellations due to weather, facility maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Medical Emergencies: If your child is unable to participate due to a medical condition, you may request a refund. Medical proof is required (e.g., a doctor’s note).
- Program Cancellations: If Life Soccer Clinics cancels a program without providing a suitable alternative, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
3. Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, send a written request to accounts@lifesoccerclinics.co.za.
- Include the reason for the refund, proof of payment, and any supporting documents (e.g., medical records).
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the program or failure to adhere to program rules and guidelines.
6. Late or Disputed Payments
- If payments are disputed or delayed, refunds may only be considered after the issue has been resolved and verified.
