Pricing Policy

Transparent and Flexible Payment Plans

At Life Soccer Clinics, we aim to provide accessible and affordable training programs. Below are the details of our pricing structure and payment policies.

1. Program Fees

  • Fees for each program are outlined during registration and available on our website.
  • All fees include training sessions, program materials, and access to program resources as specified for each package.

2. Payment Methods

  • All payments must be made in advance via Paystack, our secure payment gateway.
  • Subscription billing is used for monthly and termly payment plans, which will be automatically deducted on your chosen date.

3. Payment Plans

  • Monthly Payment Plan: Payments are made on a monthly basis, with fees due at the start of each month.
  • Termly Payment Plan: Covers a set period (e.g., 5 months) and must be paid in full before the term begins.
  • Annual Payment Plan: A once-off payment covering the entire year, offering a discounted rate.

4. Late or Missed Payments

  • Failure to complete payments by the due date will result in the immediate suspension of your child’s participation in the program.
  • We will notify you of missed payments and provide a grace period to settle outstanding amounts before taking further action.

5. Registration Fees

  • An annual registration fee is required to enroll your child in the program. This fee covers onboarding and administrative costs and is non-refundable.

6. Additional Costs

  • Any optional services or additional program offerings (e.g., tournament fees, extra uniforms) will be communicated in advance and must be paid separately.

7. Refunds

  • No refunds are provided for non-attendance, cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility maintenance), or missed sessions.
  • Refunds may only be considered in cases of medical emergencies (proof required) or program cancellations initiated by Life Soccer Clinics.

8. Cancellations

  • If you wish to discontinue participation, a written notice of at least 15 days is required. Please send your cancellation request to accounts@lifesoccerclinics.co.za.

9. Legal Action

  • Life Soccer Clinics reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unpaid accounts after sufficient notice has been given.
