1. Training Schedules

  • Training schedules are shared with participants via email and WhatsApp after successful registration.
  • Schedules are updated periodically and communicated promptly if there are changes.

2. Training Locations

  • All sessions take place at designated schools and our main facility located at Grounded @ Work, 353 24th Ave, Pretoria.
  • If additional locations are introduced, participants will be notified in advance.

3. Attendance and Participation

  • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time and in the appropriate gear.
  • If a participant is unable to attend, we request prior notice to ensure smooth coordination.

4. Program Adjustments

  • If sessions are canceled due to weather conditions, facility maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the session within the same term.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, participants may be offered a credit toward future sessions.

5. Additional Services

  • Optional services, such as tournaments or extra training sessions, will be offered based on availability and communicated in advance.
  • Participants will need to register and pay for these services separately if interested.

6. Communication

  • All updates regarding sessions, cancellations, and other relevant information will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
  • Participants and guardians are encouraged to provide valid contact details and check regularly for updates.
